The way to scale up your ads is not to increase your ad budget but to have more ads with a low budget. Clone ads that are working well with some small changes. Stop ads that don’t perform well. Your cost per engagement should be less than 10 cents to be optimal. I just got an ad that is less than a penny. This would be a good ad to clone.
